I'm in the University District in Philly awaiting the storm. A bit of heavy rain last night. Lots of wind now. Noon to 2pm Philly time is when we're supposed to get the brunt.
Am I supposed to go outside in my slicker, hold onto a lamp post and do an in-the-eye-of-the-storm video report? Mike, do I get hazard pay for that?
