Tucson is latest city to approve Move to Amend resolution to overturn Citizens United v. FEC

The Tucson City Council voted unanimously on Tuesday night to approve a memorial joining other cities in support of Move to Amend's campaign to pass a constitutional amendment to overturn the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling in Citizens United v. FEC. Tucson joins the City of Flagstaff in Arizona, which previously passed the resolution.
