Contempt Ron, Really?

I'm reading about the votes on holding Eric Holder in contempt. The reports I read say Congressman Barber split his vote, voting no on criminal contempt but yes on civil contempt. This is a vote that the entire CBC as well as most of Democratic House leadership, walked out on. 

I should disclose that I support Matt Heinz in the upcoming primary. But this blog reported the Fortune investigation of the so-called Fast and Furious fiasco. Simply put, there's no there there. It's a bit troubling that one of our new Congressman's first acts is to join in with a Republican witch hunt, and perhaps give political cover to Republicans in November.
