Save the date! First Lady Michelle Obama to visit Tucson on April 30

The Arizona Daily Star reports First lady plans visit to Tucson April 30:

Michelle Obama is coming to Tucson later this month.

The first lady is scheduled to be here on April 30 for a fundraising event that will benefit President Obama's campaign, said Jeff Rogers, chairman of the Pima County Democratic Party.

The event will likely be in the late afternoon, though the exact time is pending. The location is pending too, as organizers are choosing between two venues, Rogers said. A formal announcement about the event is expected in the coming days from the Obama campaign, he said.

I will provide an update when I receive it.
