Is this a case of the Commie kettle calling the environmental skillet red?
If you remember, Sen. Al Melvin tweeted,
"#azright To show the political agenda of environmentalists, slice a water melon open. It has a thin veneer of green but is Commie red inside"
Today I learned Comrade Al granted what I believe is an exclusive interview to The Voice of Russia about his bill to have the Feds turn over its land in Arizona to the state.
I could be wrong, but I don't think Voice of Russia is in any way connected to anything like the Voice of America. It sounds Russian to the core. On its About Us page, it says,
The Voice of Russia was the first radio station to broadcast internationally. On the air since October 29th 1929, VOR has been shaping Russia’s image worldwide and introducing Russia to the world and highlighting its opinions on global events.
You know, there's no better cover for a Commie than pretending to be on the "Better Dead than Red" side. A warning to the Republican caucus: You have a traitor in your midst!
[CAUTIONARY SATIRE ALERT, added so Cap'n Al doesn't come banging on my door or sue me for defamation of character. But the link to the interview is legit.]
